Jagdish vs. Udaya Kumar G. S. and Anr.” AIR 2020 SC 936, “Kathyayini vs. Sidharth P. S. Reddy and Ors.”2025 SCC Online SC 1428 and “Kamaladevi Agarwal vs. State of West Bengal” AIR 2001 SC 3846. 02. In view of limited nature of controversy and innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned trial Court to consider the complaint preferred by the petitioner afresh and pass the appropriate order, as per law. 03.
