Application under Section 403 read with Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking modification/correction in the order dated 07.08.2026, passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.5159/2026, whereby criminal misc. petition has been allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that inadvertently due to typographical/clerical error, trial Court case number was erroneously typed and mentioned as "Case No.09/18" [2026:RJ-JP:34019] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-390/2026] instead of "Regular Criminal Case No.657/2024" in the application under Section 320(2) Cr.P.C. and due to the said error, in the order dated 07.08.2026 also, "Case No.09/18" was typed in paragraph Nos.1 & 5 instead of "Regular Criminal Case No.657/2024". Counsel prays that necessary correction in respect of case number be made in the order dated 07.08.2026. 3. In view of submissions made and for reasons stated in the criminal misc. application, the same is allowed. It is ordered that in the order dated 07.08.2026, case number of trial Court be read as “Regular Criminal Case No.657/2024” instead of “Case No.09/18” in paragraph Nos.1 & 5. 4. To that limited extent, the order dated 07.08.2026 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.5159/2026 is modified/corrected. 5.
