Civil Procedure, 1908, assailing two separate Orders, both dated 10.10.2025, passed by the learned District Judge-04, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, Delhi, in Execution Petition Nos. 419/2019 and 417/2019, respectively, both titled "Varindera Construction Ltd. v. Union of India".
2. In the first call, an appearance was made through video conferencing and a pass over was sought on behalf of Mr. B. Ramaswamy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the Appellant.
3. Upon the matters being taken up in the second call, an associate from the office of Mr. B. Ramaswamy, on instructions, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the present Appeals.
