This interlocutory application has been filed praying for dispensing with the requirement of filing of certified copy of the judgment and award dated 08.11.2016 in the connected MAC appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the certified/true copy of the judgment and award was already filed in review petition, i.e. Misc. Case No.6 of 2019, before the MAC Tribunal, Nagaon and only the photocopies are available with him and, therefore, he prays that he may be allowed to file the photocopies of the judgment and award in the memo of the connected appeal. Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer made in this application is allowed. Page No.# 3/3 Registry shall allow the applicant to file the photocopies of the certified/true copy of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.11.2026 in the memo of the connected appeal.
