Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and in light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in the light of the fact that the petitioner is to superannuate within 10 months, as is pleaded in the petition, in the event of any representation being filed by the petitioner for her adjustment at some other station within one week from today, appropriate call be taken thereupon within two weeks as from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, the petitioner shall not be forced to join the station to which she stands transferred in 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 terms of the impugned transfer order and she may be allowed to avail the leave of kind due to her. The ban imposed on transfers on account of Panchayati Raj Elections in the State shall not come in the way of the Authority in passing the appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner.
