The allegation against the petitioner appears to be general and omnibus in nature and in similar circumstances, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 5616 of 2024 and B.A. No. 5618 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - I, Madhupur, in connection with Sarath P.S.
