Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of Patwari on compassionate basis. After appointment, petitioners have to go for training of one year before they have to be posted as Patwari, until and unless petitioners are sent for training, they would not be posted as Patwari. He contended that immediately after appointment, petitioners have submitted representation to send them for training, however, representation has not been considered and therefore direction be issued to the State authorities to send petitioners for training of Patwari. 3. Learned State counsel submits that according to his instruction, it is not in dispute that petitioners were given compassionate appointment on the post of Patwari. He submits that for the purpose of training of Patwari, batch of Patwaris appointed are to be sent for training. He however submits that according to his instruction which he gathered telephonically, there are other cases like petitioners who are appointed as Patwari on compassionate basis and are to be sent on training and their data are being collected by the concerned authority for further action. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. It is not in dispute that petitioners were appointed on the post of Patwari on compassionate basis. Even after their appointment on the post of Patwari, petitioners could not be posted as Patwari for want of one year training which is mandatory. 6. The case of respondents is that respondents-authorities are considering and collecting the data with regard to other persons appointed as Patwari on 3 / 3 compassionate basis and who are also to be sent for training and after collecting the details of all other persons appointed on compassionate basis, they will be sent for training. 7. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing the respondents authorities to take all necessary measures and steps for sending the petitioners for 01 year’s training of Patwari, within an outer limit of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed by this Court. 8. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction. Certified copy as per rules. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) pwn JUDGE
