Also heard Mr. NH Mazarbhuiya, the learned counsel for the writ petitioners; Ms. G Hazarika the learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department and Mr. HK Hazarika, the learned Govt. Advocate, Assam. 2. This is an application filed for impleading the applicants herein as respondent Nos.8 to 16 to the accompanying writ petition. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he has no objection if the applicants herein are impleaded as respondents to the accompanying writ proceedings. 4. Taking into account that the petitioners are the dominus litis and has no objection, this Court impleads the applicants herein as respondent Nos.8 to 16 to the accompanying writ petition. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and the Registry on the basis of the said fresh memo of parties along with the instant order shall make the necessary changes in the cause-title of the writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 6.
