By way of this application, a prayer has been made that in the order that was passed by this Court on 19.11.2024, in CWP No.7986 of 2023, titled Anita Devi Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, while disposing of the petition, erroneously the reference has been given to the judgment passed in ‘CWP No.2004 of 2017, alongwith connected matters, titled Taj Mohammad and others Vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 03.08.2023’, whereas the prayer in the petition was that the case is covered by the judgment of this Court in ‘CWP No.342 of 2021, titled Yashwant Singh & others Versus The State of Himachal Pradesh & another, decided on 31.08.2022’. A perusal of the petition demonstrates that indeed in the order passed by this Court, there is an error, as the prayer was not to dispose of the case as per Taj Mohammad’s case, but as per Yashwant Singh’s case. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction corrections in order dated 19.11.2024, by mentioning therein ‘CWP No.342 of 2021, titled Yashwant Singh & others Versus The State of Himachal Pradesh & another, decided on 31.08.2022’, instead of CWP No.2004 of 2017, alongwith connected matters, titled Taj Mohammad and others Vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 03.08.2023. After carrying out necessary corrections, a fresh order be uploaded in the Website of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh.
