For the Respondent : None. __________________________________________________________ Virender Singh, Judge (Oral): Petitioner has approached this Court, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala (hereinafter referred to as the trial Court), to adjudicate upon Civil Suit No.07 of 2024, expeditiously. 2. Factual position, which has been pleaded in the present case, is that petitioner-Harbans Singh had instituted a Civil Suit, bearing No.07 of 2024, titled as Harbans Singh versus Shyam Singh Thapa, before the learned trial Court. As per copies of the zimini orders, annexed with the petition, after completion of the pleadings, on 10.03.2025, issues were framed and case, thereafter, was listed for 04.06.2025, the evidence of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:9626 ) the plaintiff was concluded on 14.07.2025 and now, the case was listed on 26.02.2026 for DWs. 3. The indulgence of this Court has been sought, mainly on the ground, that the petitioner is senior citizen and wants to see the result of the lis, instituted by him, during his lifetime. 4. Considering the above facts, the present petition is disposed of, by requesting the learned trial Court to decide the matter within a period of six months from today, positively. Ordered accordingly. 5. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. 6.
