This contempt application has been alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of order dated 22.01.2026 passed in Writ C No.786 of 2026 (Smt. Sarasvati Yadav v. State of U.P. and 2 others). 3. Considering the nature of the order and undated application sent by registered post dated 04.02.2026 to the opposite party, it is provided that after the previous order dated 02.07.2025 was set aside by this Court, the opposite party is bound to pass a fresh order, after entertaining and deciding the claim of the applicant based upon documents produced and in light of observations made by the writ Court. 4. The applicant is directed to submit a copy of this order along with the aforesaid undated application and all documents in support of her claim as well as copy of the writ Court's order before the opposite party within a period of two weeks from today. 5. As soon as the documents are received, the opposite party shall immediately take up the matter and decide the claim by the end of July, 2026, failing which, the applicant would be at liberty to file another contempt application, in which cognizance may be taken calling upon opposite party to appear in person at the very first instance. 6. It is clarified that as soon as the applicant's claim is decided by the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Durga Kumari, Praveen Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Smt Sarasvati Yadav .....Applicant(s) Manish Kumar Verma .....Opposite Party(s) opposite party, copy of the order shall be sent by him by registered post to the applicant, who shall also be intimated telephonically to receive the copy by personally visiting the office of the Collector. 7.
