Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of office order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.41,600/- after completion of two years of regular service w.e.f. 26.04.2024, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 subject to the final outcome of further legal remedy, if any being exercised by the State. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.06.2025 passed in CWP No.9131 of 2025, titled, Shalu vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of, subject to the final outcome of further legal remedy, if any being exercised by the State. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears in terms of the directions given by the Court in the judgment, sought to be executed, are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 06 th July, 2026 ( Jiya Lal Bhardwaj ) (ankit) Judge
