Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the pending representation of ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG 2 / 2 the petitioner and change the post of petitioner from Chowkidar to cleaner (Vehicle Cleaner). 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit.” 2. At the outset counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner vide Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3 dated 18.04.2023 and 27.03.2024 respectively at the earliest within specified time frame. He also submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 2 and in turn respondent no. 2 be directed to consider and take decision on the fresh representation also. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with all the supporting documents before respondent no. 2 and in the event such representation is submitted, respondent no. 2 shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, within a further period of ‘four months’ from the date of receipt of representation.
