Petitioner - Ansar Ahmad has approached this Court by means of the present writ petition, challenging the impugned FIR dated 23.7.2025, lodged by first informant respondent 4, S.I. Kajal Kaushal and registered as Case Crime No. 223 of 2023 under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Sheeshgarh, District Bareilly. 5. On the matter being taken up, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that during pendency of present writ petition, Investigating Officer, upon completion of statutory investigation of aforesaid Case Crime Number has submitted the charge sheet under Section 193(3) BNSS. 6. On the above premise, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition any further. Learned AGA representing state respondents 1, 2, 3, has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed. 7.
