The petitioner is an accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2024 (S). 3. It has been alleged that some of the accused persons had confessed that two pistols and cartridge was supplied by the petitioner which was kept concealed in a rented house of Dharmendra Kumar and on search of the premises of Dharmendra Kumar, arms and ammunitions were seized. 4. Learned Counsel submits that the implication of the petitioner appears to be on the disclosure made by the co-accused persons. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2025. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to his manner of implication and the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial ( 2026:JHHC:7554 ) p. 2 Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
