KURITI BHASKARA RAO The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) The H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2008 filed by the appellant on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Bobbili under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for restitution of conjugal rights., was dismissed on 18.08.2010 against which, the present appeal was filed. 2 2. The parties were referred to mediation by an order dated 25.07.2015 and considering the interim report submitted by the mediator on 06.11.2025, the time was extended. 3. According to the report dated 27.12.2025 received from the mediation centre, both parties are living together as was communicated by Ms. Bhaskara Lakshmi, learned counsel for the appellant, to the mediator. 4. Consequently, in our view, no further order is required to be passed in this appeal. 5. Recording the same, the civil miscellaneous appeal stands disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
