"(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 23.9.2025 (Annexure P/6) insofar as it rejects the claim of the petitioner for correction of area of his acquired land. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to correct the area of acquired land as 0.0180 hectare and then treating it as residential/commercial land reassess and release the compensation accordingly with statutory interest thereon to the petitioner within a reasonable time frame. (iv) That, his Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to grant any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case to the petitioner including cost of the petition."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail remedy under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the appropriate forum/Authority to challenge the impugned order dated 23.09.2025 passed by the Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator (NHAI), Durg. 3. The aforesaid prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4.
Having regard to the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty as aforesaid. 5.
