Since this Court in the judgment dated 08.07.2025 passed in CWP No.297 of 2024, titled, Smt. Kalmi Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, had only given the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 15.06.2023 (Annexure P-3), submitted by the petitioner, which has now been decided, the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
