Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. H. Gupta, learned CGC. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants praying for leave to take steps upon the respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9 at their present address. 3. The applicants are presently serving as faculty members in the Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar, assailing the proposed recovery of deduction of alleged excess payment by the CIT Kokrajhar, thus the writ petition has been filed. 4. In the said writ petition, the addresses reflected in respect of respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9 were not correctly mentioned, therefore, the I.A. has been filed wherein at paragraph-4, the correct addresses of the respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9 have been correctly reflected. 5. In respect of respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9, notice in the matter was issued in terms of the order dated 04.10.2024, and at the relevant point in time, they were residing within the campus of CIT, Kokrajhar. Accordingly, steps were directed to be taken at the said address. However, it has now come to the knowledge of the petitioner that they have vacated the said quarters and have moved back to their present addresses, which are reflected in paragraph-4 of the I.A. Page No.# 4/4 6. The petitioner, therefore, seeks liberty of the Court to take steps by speed post at the correct addresses as reflected in paragraph-4 of the I.A. 7. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, has no objection. 8. Accordingly, the I.A stands allowed and disposed of. 9. The applicant is permitted to file amended cause title reflecting the correct addresses of respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9 which is specified in paragraph-4 of the I.A. 10. Upon filing the amended cause-title before the Registry, the applicant is permitted to take fresh steps by speed post upon the respondent nos. 7, 8 9 in terms of the correct addresses which shall be reflected as per the amended cause-title.
