On 09.04.2026, the matter was adjourned for getting instructions. Accordingly, the matter listed today. 3. Heard Ms.P.Saraswathi, counsel representing Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology, Sri P.Rama Krishna, submits that the principal grievance of the petitioner vide PGRS Grievance No.KNSM202603233347 dated 23.03.2026 addressed to 4th respondent was 4 duly disposed of vide letter No.02/PGRS/2024, dated 08.04.2026 in PGRS portal. The said endorsement report was also sent to the petitioner through whatsapp as well as postal service. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner was redressed by the respondents’ authorities. 5. He also forwarded the written instructions dated 08.04.2026 of the District Mines and Geology Officer, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. The said instructions are made as part of the record. 6. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition so as to work out legal remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 7. Recording the submissions made by respective counsel and also in view of the fact that the principal grievance of the petitioner was already redressed by the respondents’ authorities, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
