CRMP(M) No. 52 of 2026 As matter has been settled on principle, therefore, for passing appropriate order in the main petition, delay in filing revision petition, as agreed by the parties, is condoned. Application stands disposed of. Cr.Rev.(FC) No. of 2026 Cr.Rev.(FC)ST No. 200 of 2026 Be registered. During pendency of present proceedings, matter was referred for mediation to Mr. G.D. Verma, Senior Advocate. Before learned Mediator, parties have settled their claim with respect to personal maintenance and petitioner has agreed to pay and respondent has agreed to receive Rs. 13,50,000/- as full and final settlement towards maintenance, payable by the petitioner to the respondent. Parties have also agreed that petitioner shall continue to pay Rs. 5,000/- per month towards maintenance to minor son Krish Sharma with annual increase of 10 percent regularly from 1st July of every year. As submitted by learned counsel for parties, under instructions received from respective parties, as also have been recorded by learned Mediator, Rs. 5,00,000/- have been paid by the petitioner and received by the respondent and balance amount of Rs. 8,50,000/- has been agreed to be paid on or before 30.09.2026. In view of above facts, matter is adjourned for passing of final order on 01.10.2026 after payment of remaining amount of full and final settlement arrived at between the parties. It has also been submitted by learned counsel for parties under instructions that amount of Rs. 1,74,000/- deposited by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court has also to be released in favour of respondent, over and above the payment of maintenance, as settled. Cr.M.P. No. 2747 of 2026 This application has been filed for release of the amount deposited by the petitioner in favour of respondent. No objection has been communicated and, accordingly, Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the petitioner in the Registry in favour of respondent by remitting the same in her bank account, details of which have been mentioned in para 3 of the application, photocopy of front page whereof has also been annexed with the application.
