The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 8097 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 70 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Janakpuri, District- Saharanpur, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 18.08.2025 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Saharanpur. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants do not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
