No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation, dated 19.04.2025 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5.
For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation dated 19.04.2025 seeking for mutation of patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
