Director Elementary Education, Shimla, District Shimla-171004. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office orders reveals that the representation made by the petitioners have been rejected. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since this Court had only given the directions to the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioners in terms of the decision passed in CWP No.342 of 2021, titled as Yashwant Singh and others vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh and another alongwith connected matters, decided on 31.08.2022, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate remedy to challenge the orders passed by the respondents in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of.
