Mr. Islam, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that for effective adjudication of the connected writ petition being WP(c)3620/2024, the Finance Department, Government of Assam, is necessary to be impleaded as a party respondent. 3. By way of filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the Finance Department represented by the Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Dispur, Guwahati-06, as party respondent No. 5 in the connected writ petition being WP(c)3620/2024. 4.
