The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 352 and 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. There is a case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. Even if the contents of the first information report are taken to be true, there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. There is allegation of making assault against co-accused Sidheshwar Singh and Ramphal Singh, who have been granted anticipatory bail by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 9th January, 2026 passed in A.B.A. No.7535 of 2025. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 23rd October, 2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Learned APP as well as learned counsel for the informant oppose the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 2026:JHHC:3976 2 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Barhi P.S.
