The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tonto P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024. 3. The husband of the informant was murdered by the petitioner and other accused persons. 4. It has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the informant was away in a maize field when the incident had occurred. 5. Learned Counsel submits that the incident had occurred on account of a land dispute. He has also stated that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2024. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. It seems that there are eye-witnesses to the occurrence who had seen the assault committed upon the husband of the informant by the petitioner. 8. It further appears that out of 11 charge-sheet witnesses, 04 witnesses have been examined till date. ( 2026:JHHC:7560 ) 9.
