1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 130/2025 registered at Police Station Masalpur, District Karauli for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 125 and 329(3) of BNS 2023.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the instant matter pertains to cross-FIRs wherein quarrel occurred in-between the parties, and injuries were sustained by them. It is submitted that charge sheet has been been, and that trial will take time to conclude.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the period of custody; that the matter pertains to cross FIRs and both the sides have sustained injuries; that charge sheet has been filed; that applicants are young persons; that trail will take time to conclude and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him/her on bail.
5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant V.P. Singh S/o Shri Jal Singh and Mannu @ Veersingh S/o Shri Gabdu shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish personal bonds of Rs.50,000/- each, with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
