The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 13.11.2022 issued by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Prayagraj, as well as further prayer to direct the respondents not to appoint respondent nos.6 to 8 on the post of Principal in the institution pursuant to the advertisement no.3/2023. The controversy in question has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No. 19537 of 2022, (Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra vs. State of U.P. and 6 others ), decided on 05.10.2026. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (supra).
