Indisputably, she is minor. On interaction, she stated that she wants to go to Nari Niketan. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of in following terms:- "(1) The police authorities are directed to keep Ms. 'M' in Nari Niketan, Nanta Kota and the State Authorities are directed to ensure her well being till she attains the age of majority. (2) The parents are at liberty to meet her as per applicable rules and regulations. (3) It is clarified that if Ms. 'M' wants to reside with her parents in future, she is at liberty to move an application in this regard before the competent forum."
