The present Petition has been filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeking setting aside of the Judgment and Order dated 07.01.2026 passed by the Court of the learned Additional Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, District Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No. RC ARC 477580/2016. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, along with the Respondents who are present in person, submit that they have settled the matter as between themselves. 3.
