In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authorities i.e. Superintendent Jail, District Jail Bilaspur, H.P. to take the petitioner in proper custody firstly to his native place i.e. village Shivanka, P.O. Chatiahara, Tehsil Gohana, District Sonipat (Haryana) on 06.07.2026 and thereafter to Haridwar in order to immerse the ashes of his deceased father. The petitioner be brought back to the Jail after the completion of ceremonies under proper escort. 4. The petitioner shall bear all the expenses of transportation and also to provide food and suitable stay to the police official accompanying him. 5. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent Jail, District Jail Bilaspur, H.P. through FASTER, to ensure the necessary compliance. 6. Petition stands disposed of.
