By way of filing the instant petition a prayer has been made by the complainant/petitioner for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for making fair and partial investigation in FIR No. 126/2019 registered with Police Station Sadar Jaipur, District Jaipur (West) for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 & 120B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report received by S.H.O. Police Station Sadar Jaipur (West) which indicates that after investigation Final Report (Negative) has been submitted before the Concerned Court on 05.01.2021, hence, under the changed circumstances the instant petition has become infructuous.
