For Respondent(s) : None. HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE BISWAJIT PALIT =O=R=D=E=R= 01.04.2026 This Writ Appeal arises out of the judgment dt.19.02.2026 in WP(C) No.107/2026. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s current account in a branch located in the State of Tripura has been blocked by the respondent No.5 and that the same should be set aside. Admittedly, the respondent No.5, at whose instance the account is blocked, is not within the territorial jurisdiction of the High Court of Tripura, and this Court cannot give any direction to the said respondent in the matter. Therefore, granting liberty to the appellant to approach the High Court of Calcutta for the appropriate relief, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
