Issue notice. Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied in case the representation that has been filed by the petitioner, copy whereof, is appended with the petition (Annexure P-5) is decided by the Authority within some reasonable time.

Learned Advocate General on other hand submits that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as is being claimed by him by way of the representation.

Be that as it may, in the light of the fact that the
learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that let the representation filed by the petitioner be decided by the Competent Authority, without expressing any view on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation of the petitioner be decided by the Authority within twelve weeks from today. It is again clarified that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case and the Authority shall decide the representation on its own merit uninfluenced by the observations made this Court in this regard.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
