The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.24696/2024 (KLR-RES), whereby the Tahsildar was directed to consider the grants made in favour of the complainant as evidenced by the grant certificate furnished by the complainant and mutate the complainant's name in accordance with law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10837-DB CCC No. 584 of 2025 2. The accused have filed a memo enclosing therewith an order dated 04.08.2025, whereby it is found that the grant of land in favour of the complainant is invalid. 3. In view of the said order, we are unable to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the order dated 23.01.2025 are required to be initiated. 4. The complaint is, accordingly, closed. 5. It is clarified that this order would not preclude the complainant from availing substantive remedies in respect of the order dated 04.08.2025.
