JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “(a) Issue a writ / order / direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation under Annexure-H. (b) Direct the respondent to pay all the service benefits of the petitioner under Annexure-H from the year 2004. (c) Grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, in the circumstances of the case, for the ends of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 25.10.2021 at Annexure-H submitted to the respondent has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent/s submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15895 WP No. 22170 of 2021 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the rival submissions, the respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 25.10.2021 at Annexure-H and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
