Ullah, the learned Amicus Curiae appears for the Respondent No.2. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Spl. (POCSO) Case No.105/2025 pending in the court of learned District & Sessions Judge (POCSO), Cachar, Silchar. 3. The allegation brought against the present petitioner in this case is a serious one. I have gone through the evidence of the victim girl. 4. Let the trial court examine the medical witness. After that, the bail application of the petitioner shall be considered again.
