2 another co-accused started teasing the victim and further tried to outrage the modesty of the minor girl. When the victim and her mother resisted the said act of the accused persons, they started abusing her in filthy language. On which, the victim’s mother Dial 112 and then they fled from scene. Based on above, offence has been registered against the applicant and he was arrested on 09.02.2026. 5. Per contra, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the bail application and submits that at the time of incident, the victim was minor. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material available on record. 8. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the evidence on record, the applicant’s period of custody, and the change in circumstances since the first bail application inasmuch as the charge sheet has now been filed, coupled with the likely delay in conclusion of the trial, without commenting on merits of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. 9. Accordingly, the bail application is Allowed. 10. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one solvent surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court for his appearance before the said Court as and when directed.
