Though it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, bur regard being had to the fact that he is in custody since 28.08.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
