The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “i. For commanding upon the respondents, more particularly the respondent No.5, to provide Certified copy of the report submitted by Amin in respect of Land Measurement Case No:102/2023-24 and Land Measurement Case No: 103/2023-24 along with Map within a reasonable period; AND for a further direction upon the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 for non-compliance of their official duties and for their prosecution under Sections 3 and-4 of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, 1989 (in short, "the Act, 1989") for committing offence under Section 3(v) and 4 of the said Act and within a reasonable period; And/Or for issuance of any such Writ/Order/Direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and for doing conscionable justice to the Petitioner.” 3.
