This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner Istakur Rahman @ Dulu, who was arrested in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No.07/2026, under Sections 117(2), Page No.# 2/2 3(5) of BNS read with Section 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Section 14 of the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, has prayed for releasing him on bail. 3. In the FIR it is alleged that the son of the informant was beaten up by his employer. The informant has further alleged that the present petitioner and 2 (two) others had instigated the employer to assault her son. 4. The petitioner has already spent 19 days in judicial custody. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that under the given circumstances, he no longer deserves to be detained in custody. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 5. The petitioner Istakur Rahman @ Dulu shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati. 6.
