JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 20/08/2026 1. Limited prayer made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is to direct the Board of Revenue to expeditiously decide Appeal No.1459/2014 pending before the Board of Revenue. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order passed by Divisional Commissioner, the petitioner approached learned Single Bench of Board of Revenue where the matter was decided ex parte on 09.10.2013 thereafter, the private-respondents approached the Division Bench on 18.03.2014 by way of filing Appeal No. 1459/2014 filed around 12 years back, yet till date, the issue has been languishing and no final decision has been given by the Board of Revenue. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. (ANAND SHARMA),J 14/NEERU
