The learned AGP for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the caste claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four months. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 – the Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati, to consider, decide and conclude the petitioner’s caste claim as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
