W.P.(CRL) 489/2026 essentially seeks for supervision of the investigation and writ petition bearing no. W.P.(CRL) 508/2026 seeks for transfer of the investigation, both in connection with FIR No. 14/2026 dated 13.01.2026 registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar, Delhi. 3. It is pointed out by learned Addl. Standing Counsel who appears for respondents that after investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed and the matter is pending before the concerned Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid, prayers in both W.P.(CRL) 489/2026 and W.P.(CRL) 508/2026 stand mitigated. 5. With respect to W.P.(CRL) 503/2026, which is essentially for police protection, it is pointed out that the threat assessment report has indicated threat to the petitioner is genuine. 6.
