1. The Report filed by the CESC Limited be kept with the records.
2. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that their principal grievance insofar as the grant of a separate electricity connection has been addressed. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that appropriate consent has been obtained from the other existing meter holders. It is also submitted on behalf of the

petitioner that appropriate steps are being taken in terms of the offer letter dated 15 March 2026 issued by CESC Ltd. upon the compliances which have been specified in the offer letter.
3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and CESC Limited, WPA 4611 of 2026 stands disposed of.
4. The petitioner as well as the consenting flat owners are directed to take necessary steps in terms of the offer letter dated 15 March 2026. It is clarified that shifting of such electric meter the costs are to be proportionately borne by all the parties.
5. Liberty is granted to the CESC Limited to take necessary police assistance if the circumstances so warrant. The costs for such police assistance would be proportionately borne by all the flat owners.
6. It is clarified that CESC Limited shall grant the above electricity connection as well as shifting of the electric meter within ten days after compliance with all necessary formalities.
