The present petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the Notification dated 16.09.2026 issued by the U.P. Education Services Selection Commission, Prayagraj, insofar as it pertains to Akbal Inter College, Suratpur, Pesara, Jaunpur and Tapasvi Maharaj Inter College, Rajpur, Varanasi, as well as for a further prayer to direct the respondents to grant appointment to the petitioner as Principal of Akbal Inter College, Suratpur, Pesara, Jaunpur, in pursuance of Notification dated 13.11.2022, within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court, and to permit the petitioner to function as such and to pay him his regular monthly salary every month. The controversy in question has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No. 19537 of 2022, (Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra vs. State of U.P. and 6 others ), decided on 05.10.2026. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (supra).
