Mr. M.I. Dar, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners strictly adhering to Government Orders. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the Government Orders (supra) are still in operation and have not been superseded or modified, the respondents shall adhere to and implement the same, provided there is no other legal impediment and the same are applicable to the case of the petitioners.
