The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 108 of B.N.S. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.06.2025 and he has been falsely implicated as the petitioner is husband of the deceased. He further submits that there was no any dispute between the petitioner and the deceased, the deceased was issueless lady because of which she herself commit suicide due to depression. 4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage. However, petitioner may renew its bail application after six months. 6. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed. (Deepak Roshan, J.)
