The petitioner is an accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No.22 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner and two other co- accused persons had enticed away the daughter of the informant. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the course of investigation, it came to light that the victim was recovered from a place along with the petitioner which would indicate that there was a love-affair between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2026 and charge sheet has already been submitted by the police. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
